As traditional open homes are suspended for the foreseeable future, we have decided to offer our clients a virtual alternative for open homes! We pride ourselves on providing creative marketing for our clients’ homes and we are continuing to look for and implement new ways to provide the best marketing possible as we all adjust to our new normal.

For those sellers who are comfortable with it, our agents have been trained on conducting virtual open homes with a live walkthrough on their business Facebook or Instagram accounts. These live walkthroughs will allow agents to provide highlights about the home and neighborhood and answer questions submitted by viewers in the comments in real time.

And, as we would normally do with our weekend open homes, john greene Realtor will create a Facebook album and ad to promote these virtual open homes and encourage people to tune in!

We look forward to the days when we’ll be able to safely meet people in person and shake hands again at our open homes. But until then, we’re excited to connect with people virtually and flex our creativity in the meantime.
